Built at the Intersection of Sport, Strategy, and Leadership
Jon Hawkins is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Inside the Rings Consultancy, where he helps organizations create meaningful, lasting impact by using the Olympic Games as a catalyst.

He serves on the Utah Sports Commission and the Executive Board of the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and played a role supporting Utah’s successful bid for the 2034 Winter Olympic Games.
Prior to launching the consultancy, Jon led the Marketing Solutions Group at Adobe Workfront, a startup-style team that has generated $100 million+ in sales since 2023. His team worked with leading organizations including Nike, Under Armour, the NFL, PGA Tour, Olympics & Paralympics, and Disney Media Properties.
He is also the host of Inside the Rings and serves as a Utah State Representative, bringing a unique perspective across sport, policy, and strategy.
